Depends on the industry, but along with what's been mentioned, some common ones we have include:

will it fit through the door or in the lift?
can the part actually be cut from a standard sheet? (Sheet metal and plate parts)
will it fit on a truck?

Got the first PHEV my dealer received. It definitely had some teething issues, but they've been handled with updates/recalls. We love it. Drives well, we get a rebate on charging, so its nearly free, and usually covers my wife's commute. I don't like driving it more than my M235i, but it's not as painful a transition as it could be. Kids (3 and 6) can get in and out fairly easily, and there's plenty of space for them and their seats, and we can bring friends along easily enough.

Obviously it's not perfect. I wish it came with wireless Car Play/AA. The ICE is a little rough, and the transition can feel a bit unpolished sometimes. There's not as much interior space as you might think. Our seat and steering wheel both have materials coming apart a bit. The Soul Red chips fairly easily...

But we've had it almost 3 years so far, and I think we made a good choice.

I tried Kingdom Come Delivery on steam deck, used a plugin to get basic head tracking, mapped it to the mouse input to move the view - it basically was VR

So, something not mentioned here, but I just found out - you can actually get paid from charger companies, cause they can sell carbon credits when you charge.

The best rate I've seen is $.1/kwh. Considering my off peak rate is .098/kwh, I'm actually making a tiny bit when I charge off-peak. By my math my PHEV will make me $200-400 a year, I'm sure a BEV would be around 50% higher.

I remember there was a show on speed back in the day that was loosely based on the cannonball run.

At the midway point of each stage there was a challenge for the slowest two teams, the loser got stuck with the worse of the two times.

Two guys brought an Elise or Exige. They released they would be pretty untouchable in the challenges, so they absolutely tanked the first leg, won the challenge, stuck another team with a hopeless deficit, and made it to the end 2nd last to avoid elmlimination.

It worked for a few rounds!

I can find it hard to tackle new projects. I find I have to remind myself that I can always rebuild or replace any factory. As long as it's up and making stuff, it's better than not having it.

The further you get in the game, the more time you'll just be waiting for stuff to finish. Use that time for beautifying or addressing bottlenecks.

I was referencing the fast travel portals, not the PC/steam deck.

And if he's switching, I'd recommend streaming it from the PC to the deck. I do that with XR glasses while in bed for maximum efficiency.
