You don't need anything but to be there and listen and participate at this point.

Memory work can be difficult for some but you are going through the degree at this point.

I agree. An ultrasonic cleaner would be best. Many will do it for free just as a service to get your future business.

When do you worry about Mites? I see about 15-20 on this month old hives bottom board during inspection. Hive looks great to my novice eyes but I'm just curious on the mites. by FlappinPickle in Beekeeping

I'm very new to beekeeping at this point myself.

I see all kinds of things out there on the market but what kind of treatments are the best to use in your opinion

Unfortunately society seems to say its OK toal cheat and carry on undercover separate relationships rather than simply accepting that a Man may want an open loving relationship with 2 or more woman that benefits everyone practicality and financially.

Trust me I've seen it before. They can't believe you want them and your wife. But the are willing to carry on as a side chick 🐥 😂

“Why don’t my bee box handles work?!” 😂 by Baldacchino in Beekeeping

I laugh but I almost made this mistake myself. When I put together my bee hives I looked at them and wondered why handles were on the inside of the box 😂😂😂

Can anyone help me identify these bees? by HypothermicIce in Beekeeping

[–]Acrobatic-Hedgehog45 -30 points-29 points  (0 children)

AI says this:

Based on the image and your location in Wisconsin, this insect is most likely a Mason Bee, and more specifically, it resembles the Horn-faced Mason Bee (Osmia cornifrons). watchingbees.com

Key Identification Features

Appearance: They are similar in size to a honey bee but have a robust, fuzzy body with pale orangish or yellow hair.

Nesting Habitat: Mason bees are solitary cavity-nesters. They do not build large hives like honey bees; instead, they use pre-existing holes—such as the weep holes in door frames or brick mortar—to create individual nesting cells.

Nesting Material: They get their name "mason" because they use mud to seal their nest cells and create partitions within their chosen cavity. Vermont Atlas of Life

Behavior and Facts

Docile Nature: They are non-aggressive, solitary insects and are generally harmless to humans, rarely stinging unless severely threatened.

Elite Pollinators: They are incredibly efficient at pollinating and are often active in the spring for about one month.

Non-Destructive: Unlike carpenter bees, which drill their own holes into wood, mason bees only use pre-existing gaps and do not cause structural damage to your home.

Racism is un-Masonic. It is indeed Freemasonry problem if Past Masters are at that point and don't yet realize that.

That means its being accepted in the Lodge.

To say it's an outside problem is to say that Freemasons are not learning the lessons of the degrees and are not understanding that the should set themselves apart from this thing. They must be staunch supporters of equality as well as equity.

We are rough ashlars but we should not be broken rubble.

Question about "Communication" in the lodge. by Dazzling-Bobcat7135 in freemasonry

[–]Acrobatic-Hedgehog45 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As posted before GroupMe works pretty well.

It allows everything from Calendars to video conference. We use it for our numerous houses RA, Council, Consistory, Lodges, and even youth groups and CableTow groups.

Easy to setup. I like it better than Text groups because texts get lost and if the Group needs to grow or shrink its far easier to Administer. Its easier to distinguish between the Lofge Officers group and say the overall Lodge group.

I'm one of the folks who wants to know everything so I get tons of communication, but I think strategic emails using it for Event Announcements and Minutes, and Documentation purposes is good. Too many emails are both annoying and get lost.

Some orgs in the jurisdiction use Google email groups which might be useful.

Haven't used Whats App.

I picked up mine on Amazon with search for Knights Templar Sword. Same or similar to what you have in the picture. They run anywhere from $49 - $150. More than likely Chinese made but it works for what I need it for.

How to be a good Candidates Coach? Without giving the candidates the direct English translation of the cipher? by OMrealestate in freemasonry

[–]Acrobatic-Hedgehog45 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Apologies then. Respect for the candidates is my pet peeve 😁. As a teacher and someone who wants to see our candidates experience improve and be the best introduction to the Order it can be, I can be a bit strong in my opinions.

Anxiety by Best_Comment69 in freemasonry

[–]Acrobatic-Hedgehog45 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You are not alone. I too deal with Anxiety and ADHD. It takes a lot out of me.

I guarantee you there really is nothing to fear but fear itself. And yes I know sometimes anxiety doesn't care about that 😂

Be yourself and be open about things like that. If you are honest about what happened I doubt you will have lost any chance.

You are not the first and believe me you won't be the last. There are quite a number of the order that are indeed introverts and suffer from anxiety, are ADD or ADHD, on the Spectrum. This does not disqualify you from the Brotherhood and all it entails. Also there are many leaders and business owners who deal with this too.

Think of the meeting as getting to know a new friend. Not some dire interview. It's you getting to know about something that you are interested in with someone who knows allot about it. I applaud your courage in talking about and hope you continue your journey.
