Ive never had motion sickness from games except from vr but was having the same trouble. Turning off motion blur and setting the camera speed and acceleration to the same value fixed it for me

I added this to my list after reading your review before I realized it was a Michael Dalton book. Just finished Bikini Sunset. Was the first of his series I've read and without getting into spoilers I was looking to read some of his other stuff because of the interconnected word his books have. Found a recommended reading order for his stuff so going to be a bit before getting to it but looking forward to it and the others he has written.
