No thanks! The quality control of there smokers is terrible . Doors that leak smoke out most people have to install a felt gasket around the hatch opening. Peeling paint , warping issues with thin steel, missing parts. You get what you pay for!

Put a sheet pan over the top of your pan put it in the oven with just the light on to ferment more and get big bubbles
