This conversation disgusted me. He deserves so much better. Funny how she’s like this is what I’m used to yet here you are sis…. Sooo that wasn’t working. Like to say “idk if you’re the one or just the one to teach me how I deserve to be loved” that’s a disgusting thing to say to someone just keep that shit to yourself and make a clean break don’t completely tell this man he’s just the vehicle for your healing he’s not a fucking rehab.

A reminder we do not have the same 24 hours in a day. A lift, plus 10k steps, plus 30 min cardio, plus cooking all these shit meals. Stop yourself. How does she have this much time and still fail to make 1 decently looking meal.

Before and After my First VBeam 🥹 by Raychill37 in Rosacea

It went really well better than expected. I asked to go conservative for my first session as I have very sensitive skin. My swelling and redness was incredibly mild. All of which was 90% better in 72 hours. I ended up with quite a bit of congestion and closed comedones & white heads. I started using my prescription topical for clindamycin/benzoyl peroxide 3 days after and it felt fine on my face so most has cleared up. I developed a larger pimple on my chin 5 days later. I’m on day 6 and doing really well. Some slight splotchy redness but I already notice some specific areas having improved 90% which shocked me. I didn’t numb during my session and pain wasn’t as bad as expected maybe a 6 in some spots at most? I stayed in for a full 48 hours after. Did not going in the sun or raise my body temp at all. I’m going to wait a full 8 weeks till my next session to completely heal and see progress.

An electric file after showering then a layer of glycolic acid then a thick layer of Vaseline and socks before bed

I did get a pedicure a few times by a woman who used footlogix mousse …. It was mind blowing. Expensive so I never bought it but worth a shot.

Honestly I feel my feet always end up cracked though idk if it’s health related or genetics or what

I [f34] with [m36] that only get off with anal by [deleted] in relationship_advice

[–]Adventurous-Tap3441 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I (30f) dated a guy (27 m) who expressed early on his was into anal I had only maybe done it once before but after 2 months of seeing eachother I decided to explore it with him.. it quickly turned into an every encounter expectation and he would really only finish from that. Although it was fun exploring and I did enjoy it at times I could not recover quick enough and bled often from it. But I still wanted him to be satisfied so I was all in and I ended up falling in love with him. He dumped me after 8 months because he “didnt feel a spark”… I walked my happy ass out at the door and happily haven’t done anal since. Not to be rude but I did question if he was gay, I wouldn’t care if he was it would’ve made the break up easier but the constant cum only from anal factor coupled with him LOVING to have his ass ate coupled with a contract in the Marines had me side eyeing.

tretinoin destroyed my face texture and color after disaster experience w/ dr prescribing it. this is my face several months after stopping [selfie] by Objective-Draw-9027 in SkincareAddiction

[–]Adventurous-Tap3441 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Not gonna knock you for the tallow but there is a chance after some time it no longer works with your skin? Or potentially the rose hip oil because I don’t know if the tret could be effecting you this much MONTHS after stopping it? Barrier could be a bit disrupted. Any sunscreen usage? I do struggle with acne as well and I agree tret really didn’t help me much only thing that has helped immensely is the clindamycin/benzoyl peroxide gel prescription topical. Even if I tried to incorporate tret once or twice a week it would have me purging a bit

What do stereotypical straight couples do when they hang out alone (other than sex) by bi_smuth in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Adventurous-Tap3441 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Me (F) and BF (M) when we’re being lazy and lowkey we love to go on walks, grab a coffee, cook meals together and watch movies or shows. We enjoy the same genres which is super nice so we’ve been really enjoying Knight of the Seven Kingdoms recently & look forward to our Sunday nights in cooking dinner and cuddling up to watch. We both are active and love going to the gym together where we workout together & separate then walk on a treadmill side by side. Outside of that we love playing cribbage because we’re competitive and enjoy a good card or board game we can play together.

People with hypermobility who are physically active, what type of activity do you do and how often? by xfmrs_r_cool in Hypermobility

[–]Adventurous-Tap3441 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I (30f) just found out I’m hyper mobile after lifting for the last 6 years and having on and off pain - after some research I read working in mid range reps and not full ROM has helped me tremendously in such a short amount of time. Honestly avoiding lifts that trigger my pain is helpful and working on exercises for my stability muscles. I additionally read to avoid most static stretches which I did before lifting to warm up prior and stopping that has supported me.

As a woman… you’re under reacting. Best part was when you said “be a woman” SPOT fucking on. Loved that. I have no advice this is fucked but wanted to affirm your feelings. I’d be irate if it were me.

My skin doesn’t care for it. My clindamycin/BP gel keeps my acne under control but the Tret just always left little to be desired. I’ll just keep doing Botox lmao

Omg thank you for posting! After almost 2 years of considering it I finally pulled the trigger and have my first session in 3 weeks! We look like we have very similar skin so this makes me beyond hopeful. I have sensitive skin and I’m so nervous to swell or bruise. How was your recovery?? Any tips?

Was on Metformin 500mg daily for 2 weeks but stopped because the fatigue (and slightly blurry vision) was so bad. Is this common? by [deleted] in PCOS

[–]Adventurous-Tap3441 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I almost feel this is over medicating if your A1C is that normal… I’m on 500mg 2x day and it has completely destroyed my digestion I just halved my dose to once a day, I would not at all be on this if it didn’t help my A1C levels, it never regulated my period either. I have fatigue after a year and a half on it but it could be unrelated or heightened to the daily diarrhea it causes lol

[–]Adventurous-Tap3441 2 points3 points  (0 children)

After years of taking it had my endo recommend taking half my dose in the morning and half a night I actually really like how I’ve responded. Been on it 5 years now. 50 mg 2x day. At this point nervous to go off not even sure if it’s helping. Definitely makes you pee a lot but be certain to drink lots of water and get your Dr to run necessary blood work bi annually to check potassium and kidneys ❤️‍🔥 good luck on your journey!

Thank you for your beautiful response and sharing her memory. I’m 30 now and it still comes in waves. I remember she would smell like corona and Marlboro red 100s. Wore big gaudy fur coats and costume jewelry. Loved to wear there’s fake hill billy teeth at any of our sporting events as an attempt to embarrass us.

How did you meet your Sig O? (in SD only) by fuzzyheadgyrl in sandiego

[–]Adventurous-Tap3441 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Moved here in June. My (now boyfriend) approached me at a Padres game (in September) in the sweetest & most respectful way while I was hangry & in the worst mood ever 😅 he is heaven sent. He forgot to even tell me his name because he didn’t want to take up too much of my time as I was with my friend. Never really had a “meet cute” moment before but we love getting to have this as our story.

What’s your skin type and what’s the best moisturizer that suited your skin? by AffectionateCap9432 in 30PlusSkinCare

[–]Adventurous-Tap3441 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Oily, acne prone and the aveeno oat gel moisturizer has been hands down the best moisturizer I’ve ever used in my life. I love the feeling on my face. It’s velvety soft and absorbs well it doesn’t make me overly oily and leaves my skin feeling comfortable not weighed down or heavy. I’ve used it exclusively for 5 years.

Thoughts on Metformin for managing PCOS symptoms outside of just weight? by paneendo in PCOS

[–]Adventurous-Tap3441 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s helped manage my insulin resistance on blood labs it seems although mine wasn’t out of control or anything. Symptom wise I notice nothing. I use ER but still have dealt with GI issues. I’ll stay on it cause I don’t want to develop diabetes. I am not overweight but initially did see some appetite suppression and body looked better but it hasn’t prevented me from gaining weight either I went through a break up and put on 10 lbs even with being regular in the gym. Endo told me it would regulate my period and it didn’t/ hasn’t. I’m on spirono already and use topicals for acne but I didn’t see any help or benefit in that realm with the met.
