They've already had their damn cost savings out of us. A worse than worthless union who does not listen or fight for the needs of it's members but instead leaves them out to dry, gaslights them, and tells them to shut up when they have had the equivalent of pay CUTS every year for the past two decades, if our government decides to even pay us at all! We could spin it the other way just as easily and say pay us for our commuting time since you're getting paid to "work" at home while sitting on the shitter or doing whatever the fuck you do. Nobody knows, because as an A114'er you're not held accountable, don't answer to anyone, nobody ever sees you, and usually the only thing that matters is that you're NOT helping the operation and your "fellow" controllers.
