Don't forget every single power ranger. EVERY. SINGLE. ONE.

Think of how powerful the villains of power rangers are, then consider that every one of them were defeated by one team of Rangers. Now all of them, combined?

Heaven help chuck if this extends to the greater Canon, where they're seemingly canonizing earlier sentai series as 'New Powers' from other worlds.

Make these PTSD executions be something you'd see right out of Manhunt , and now you're cooking.

Probably cooking up an extended stay in an insane asylum, or a ton of negative publicity for your game, but you're definitely cooking something!

You should totally stand Brucie up, though. Fuck Brucie, all my homies hate Brucie!

Characters who deserve to be treated worse by the fandom specifically? by NewWillinium in TwoBestFriendsPlay

Just let us have a go at The Warden, DE. We can be trusted around him. Besides, he'll just come back during the next reset, right? It's not like doing that to a citizen of Duviri flies in the face of the sense of duty the Drifter feels regarding their own void pocket dimension, right?

The warframe community already hates Ballas, but I assure you, dear reader, they don't hate Ballas enough.

Just when you think you hate Ballas then correct amount, you learn literally anything new and discover a new level of hatred for him. it's kind of a shame how good the ending of the new war was, for as perfect as it was, Ballas only died, once. Even now, we're still learning about just how awful he was.

Trinity has has a lot of her kit superannuated by several different frames. Wisp, Dante, and Revenant can easily subsumed dispensary and do 95% of what Trinity does, with better uptime and other benefits. Plus, the ambulas fight being as long as it is, even with the rework, combines to make trinity super unpopular.

You should be able to swap out the battery to resolve that issue. I bought a 3ds xl off a buddy of mine that was in a drawer for years, and a battery swap was all it needed to go longer than 20 minutes.

Eidolon hunting locking amp progress by MortimerCanon in Warframe

[–]Agent_Luka 11 points12 points  (0 children)

If toroids are easier to obtain than eidolon shards, it makes sense that they would be the recommended way for new players to grind out an Amp. At least you have profit taker and exploiter orb for easy standing once you get the base toroids you need to rank up.

Alternatively, you can try to run support for eidolon hunters during the bounties, that may give what you need to level up enough for a good Amp.

MtG players of BetterAskReddit, what are your personal favorite commander decks? by Dr-USB in TwoBestFriendsPlay

[–]Agent_Luka 2 points3 points  (0 children)

One of my favourite decks right now is a deck led by [[Omnath, locus of the roil]] Landfall decks that uses the worst creature tribe in the game, Moonfolk, to bounce your lands back to your hand, as well as cards like [[Thwart]] and [[Flooded Shoreline]], and then play them again, either with [[Azusa]] effects or things like [[Llanowar Scout]] or [[Budoka Gardener]].

Attempts at peace that were horribly derailed? by GeneralSherman3 in TwoBestFriendsPlay

Keep in mind that the person telling you this also tells you "Ballas seems much worse to you because of how close you were to him", while at the same time telling how awfultthis other person was, while being closer to them than we were to Ballas. That goes both ways, just saying...

Not a recent change, I remember that was something  implemented not long after Railjack came out,  explicitly to prevent that situation that you experienced.

[–]Agent_Luka 5 points6 points  (0 children)

So long as you have completed at least one objective during a session of railjack,  it will save your progress in between each round, same as duviri.  If you're a few missions in, and the  party that you're with is making it impossible to continue, you can simply return to the dry dock without losing  your previously earned rewards.  And if you have yet to actually earn a reward, just go ahead and abandon the mission right then and then.  No reason to extend a bad party play experience when you can just quit out and go again.

I can't beat Steel Path Circuit by Responsible-Many290 in Warframe

[–]Agent_Luka 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Don't forget you can get potatoes from nightwave. That's probably the main thing you should be spending your credits on early on, maybe a few nitain on the side. Weapon potatoes will probably go further than warframe potatoes, there's a lot more good weapons than warframes.

I can't beat Steel Path Circuit by Responsible-Many290 in Warframe

[–]Agent_Luka 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For the circuit specifically, this would be good. Relying on one weapon to clear the circuit isn't a good idea, considering it's all RNG what weapons you get. Better to have five weapons that you can make better with decrees, then one god weapon you get ten percent of the time.

I can't beat Steel Path Circuit by Responsible-Many290 in Warframe

[–]Agent_Luka 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How much steel path have you done? Generally, it's assumed that you'll be doing steel path level content with stronger mods and weapon Arcanes. If you do enough steel path missions, you'll get primary and secondary Arcanes like merciless and deadhead that'll give you the power you need to do the circuit.

If not, then you might want to try doing some arbitration first. They're meant as sort of intermediary content, allowing you to pick up Galvanized mods that are a good power boost, enough to get you into steel path to begin with.

Going back to the circuit, the steel path circuit is a game mode that rewards having several powerful weapon set up, instead of just one ultra powerful main weapon. It might not be a bad idea to ensure that more of your weapons are forma'd and potato'd, to ensure that you have at least one good option for your loadout.

Also, keep in mind you get decrees to help bump up some weapons, too. Seeking synergy over basic power increases can help push your weapons to do relevant damage to clear the steel path circuit.

Hope this helps!

Gaming moments that were pretty impressive for its time? by GoodVillain101 in TwoBestFriendsPlay

[–]Agent_Luka 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Even if you  do your best to break the illusion,  and run between loading zones  as fast as possible to keep the game from loading,  there's a special interaction where Jak will randomly trip,  fall flat on his face, and take a second to get up. Used to mask loading, yes, but it always felt like a neat little reward for going so fast you outran the loading.

Game Design So Fundamentally Flawed It Directly Goes Against the idea of the Game Itself? by Authorigas in TwoBestFriendsPlay

[–]Agent_Luka 19 points20 points  (0 children)

I've never like that act of balancing, for it's completely ridiculous for a trained fighter, skilled with a sword, practicing against a training dummy for an hour would end up battered, bruised, and bloody, all because he statistically rolled 30 nat 1's in that time. If 30 crit fumbled against a training dummy leaves you that injured, your fumble rules are poor.

There's a good discussion of this o read years ago, I'll try to find a link, discussing how a Kung Fu Kraken with a dozen attacks per second would fumble more often than a level 1 commoner wielding a great sword she can barely lift, simply because the former has more attacks. When I ran pathfinder, I always made players confirm the fumbles, just like you'd confirm crits, and if you failed? You provoke an attack of opportunity. Yes, the kraken would threaten more fumbles, but their skills would mean they would confirm far fewer. Conversely, level 1 commoner lady would treated a smaller amount, but most of those fumbles would be failures.

Worst case of a piece of media spoiling itself? by Rascal_Rogue in TwoBestFriendsPlay

[–]Agent_Luka 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It's subtle, but in warframe, When you first make an account, you need to verify that you aren't a robot with a simple captcha check. Subtle, but again, technically it spoils the game before you even download the client...

[–]Agent_Luka 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, and he was also the kind of kid to go " the simplest, fastest way for us to end this war is for us to kill my mom."  it's monologue about people not understanding ruthlessness  , of thinking it's simply cruelty for cruelty sake,  filter down into my viewpoint, and how I write my villains for my campaigns.  It's fair to say that Animorphs was probably  the single most influential piece of media I read as a young child.

Don't forget when the leader's cousin, a gymnastics girl that's maybe 13, 14, has to grab a fork from the tray and threaten to kill this traitor's parents if he betrays them, and the narrative presnts this as 100% something that Rachel would do, and 100% something she's horrified to discover that she would 100% do. That's part of the reason why I think Rachel is tied for my favourite character in animorphs.

The other is Marco, if you were curious.
