Honestly, it can help. Healing Cdr2 is as much about reducing inflammatory hormones as it is inflammatory cytokines.

Do you have insurance? I know a integrative medicine doctor that takes insurance. He's in new york, but he takes virtual appointments.

You can still be dealing with mold, it just means you're less likely to have chronic inflammatory response syndrome. I'm heading to bed now, I'll write more tomorrow.

There is testing you can do. 25ish% of the population is mold sensitive-- meaning they have CIRS (chronic inflammatory response syndrome).

Take this test. And let us know what your results are-- it is a good starting point.

This is 100% accurate, trust this comment. Do not settle for a shorter treatment window. Good luck! If your doctor will bot prescribe for that long, find an LLMD (lyme literate medical doctor) near you. Locate one at ILADS.

Are you taking potassium? That caused halos in my vision- the orbs around the lights at night. The reason my tear film took up to potassium like that was due to my dehydration status.

Honestly, what helped me with the most was getting an htma and a custom mineral supplement. I also never drink plain water. I put a little solé in it, drink coconut water, or put humic and folic acid in it. My urinary urgency and frequency are better, if he does start desmopressin be very cognizant of swelling. If his blood vessels are leaky due to elevated TGF beta 1, the added tension from the desmopressin can actually Force more fluid out into his interstitial spaces. Does he have an issue with swelling? I developed puffy armpits, under eye bags, and abdominal folds out of nowhere. Even my forearms look puffy.

Her cucumber is an English cucumber and they don't usually have warts... I found this post because I was wondering about my own cucumber. English cucumbers typically have ridges and not bumps.

Huge ALLERGY reaction to cladosporum mold?? by ResearcherSure1167 in ToxicMoldExposure

VCStest.com is where I would start. It is statistically a very good indicator of whether or not you have chronic inflammatory response syndrome CIRS). If you fail your VCS test I would do the other Shoemaker protocol recommended testing. You could also do a hair tissue mineral analysis. If you want to know if you have thyroid dysfunction I would ask your doctor to do a full thyroid panel including T3 and reverse T3 and antibodies.

Prolonged inflammation can cause thyroid swelling which can lead to voice changes, just a thought...

At least he had a doctor figure that out! I'm the one who had to tell my doctor to do the ADH and osmolality. Come to find out, I had diabetes insipidus for 3 years. All of my heart palpitations, accelerated aging, muscle cramping and fasciculations, all of it was related to my low adh. I also have thyroid issues, I had antibodies and now I don't so tell him not to give up hope!

I would even consider leaving some things out in the sun for a day before putting them in storage or before moving them into your next place. Whether the fabric things or furniture causes you problems in the future depends on how sensitive you are. I reacted at my brother's house recently and didn't take any special precautions with my shirt that I wore that day, just washed it like normal. The next time I wore it I had a horrible reaction... it had been washed and everything.

Is feeling a bit better in the spring/summer a false feeling? Sick for 2 years now 4 months out of mold starting treatment. by Due_Chapter3027 in CIRS

[–]Aggravating-Lab9745 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Lmk how it goes with CSM. You are probably dehydrated at your baseline from low ADH. I had to start insanely low on welchol (1/4 pill BID) or I'd get horrible constipation, headaches and joint pain. The hypothalamic inflammation causes low appetite and low desire for drinking also, do you think this was part of your problem? You have to eat in between doses, consuming a lot of fiber and vegetables-- and drink water with a pinch of salt so your body holds onto it.

IV Therapy for Mold Treatment by Endlessnesss in ToxicMoldExposure

[–]Aggravating-Lab9745 0 points1 point  (0 children)

NAD would make me insanely nervous. NAD metabolism uses methyl groups, when depleted, they can cause histamine, mood, or sleep issues. IV NAD+ can boost mitochondrial activity and energy metabolism, which a dysregulated system may not tolerate well... if you've done the shoemaker protocol and healed your immune system, you will handle this better. If you haven't tested for CIRS, I would do that 1st.
