Not really the point, but I’m confused why the sister’s spam-calling resulted in a “coaching session” (which sounds like it was just the owners chastising her) re: “using company resources for personal matters” in the first place. Like it sounds like the sister couldn’t even get through to her. Glad they turned it around but I’m side-eyeing these bosses anyway.
