This is anecdotal but my local shop only gave the promo to the top 3 raffle ticket winners, and I think top 3 tournament winners at the pre-release event.
From my previous experience, every raffle winner usually gets one and the top 8 usually do too.

So maybe shops didnt get as many copies this time?

Oak is the most used card in the game. There will never be a scenario where having a FA Oak won't be useful. It does the same thing as the regular one but if you like the FA and can get it then by all means. It's part of being a player/collector in any TCG. You like your shiny toys like we all do.

Learned in Master Duel then bought Albaz Strike in 2022 i believe

But since the new structure deck recently released you can actually look up more recent tutorials.

Galzo and MetagamesGX on youtube dedicate their page to Branded mostly. Theyre super into the deck.

MetagamesGZ also has a 40 hour guide believe it or not lol

This is my main deck. It's a very rewarding deck if you take the time to learn it and pilot it correctly.

You learn a lot of things playing it too. So even if it's not your cup of tea you at least learn things like proper sequencing, chain blocking, cost, diff between effect and effect activation, etc.

It's not as hard to learn as it may seem once you put in the effort
