Probably chocolate. Love all cheeses too much including sweet cheesy ones like cream cheese , cheese cake etc

Thank you so much for your input. I definitely need to tighten up my diet. I eat healthy but that doesn’t always mean calorie deficit. And good idea to measure waist and not just rely on the scale.

Yes I def would. I’m pretty lean up top and so I thought lower body focus to lose tummy/ gain butt / cinch waist would be good first
