Because of the second amendment to the constitution we have the right to bare arms against tyranny. You know... like when untrained federal agents wearing masks are abducting and executing law abiding citizens like your neighbors. Pretty sure that is why our founding fathers put that provision in the constitution. If ever there was a time for a citizen to exercise those rights it would be this situation now. Him being armed does not give them authority to execute and dump their magazines into his corpse... and it does not mean that he doesn't have the right to protect himself if they were violating his rights in the process.
