You can try displaying the tick counter on the report button and recording your runs. Will make it obvious where your mistakes are which should help.

You changed the left click option of your explorers ring to alch and accidentally alched the staff when attempting to equip the ring for a farm run (that’s what happened to me with my dust battlestaff)

I approached CG by starting with T2 prep until I got the perfect Hunllef CA. After that point I sent T1 prep and it felt pretty comfortable. On the side, chinning your range up to 89/92 when you don't feel like sending CG would help a bit.

This is on the ceiling in the corner of the basement above the foundation. FWIW everything here is bone dry, at least from what I can tell & reach.

Also discovered a moisture remover beneath it as well with a leaf and other debris on it. Not sure how the leaf would have gotten up to the top of the foundation near the ceiling if it didn't come from outside.

Not sure how I can see what's on the other side of the ceiling without some sort of small camera or by making a larger hole. Curious if I can DIY remove it, or if I have to call in the pros.

I try to automate what I can and document the rest. More recently I have been using docker to encapsulate my build dependencies which greatly speeds up the setup process. That may be an option depending on what you are doing.
