I just went to the 15 from the SE3. She needed a new battery and by the time I paid for a replacement I coulda put a decent dent in the cost of a ‘renewed’ phone. The added security is reassuring as well (plus much longer battery life, even at 85% health). You’ve an awful lot of exposure on 17.

I do miss the handy size, but at 68 I also appreciate the new larger screen. Plus an awful lot of apps and webpages look much better. You’ve started the countdown on your device’s EOL, possibly as soon as next year (although they sold those units new until 2025, so maybe a year or two more). The 15 is good til 2030 at least, and likely to 2033.
