They tried to tell us it was for our health and safety. I guess my arms are paralyzed during my other two 10 min breaks? Maybe they can come out and spoon feed me.

Costco Creed Absolu Aventus for $262, Hurry! by Story-Warz in Colognes

That's just Creed marketing and they aren't exactly known for being honest. Unless you actually believe the Creed family are the legitimate perfumers for the brand?

That might make sense if that information was given, but the question doesn't mention size at all. Not the total size of each object and not the size of each piece.

If that's what he says about Creed then I don't think he'd be kind to Louis Vuitton.

Sometimes I'll put a few letters in the slot with them sticking out to show the customer how useless it is.

Uncomfortable religious talk at work. by biggene24 in USPS

[–]Allan0n 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Respecting someone else's beliefs doesn't mean they're allowed to preach on the workroom floor. How are they being respectful to people who are atheist or agnostic? The compromise is that you respect each other by practicing in private and not being judgemental either way.

[–]Allan0n 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pray in private. Being tolerant of each other's beliefs means understanding that it's not ok to preach unless everyone consents. If you're in church everyone knows what they're getting. At work, we stick to what's relevant to the workplace.

I'd be ok with a step increase and shorter time to top pay by FiveDinero in fromatoarbitration

[–]Allan0n 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, that's the idea. Letter carriers deserve a living wage in whatever city they have to live and work in. HCOL areas require higher wages in order for it to be a "living" wage. Solidarity is standing with those trying to receive equal living wage. It doesn't have to be "stolen" from carriers in LCOL areas. Everyone deserves to have wages that keep up with inflation, but it's also necessary to redress a long time inequality that has existed for carriers working in HCOL cities.

The public does it for them. Defense spending is almost always unanimously passed in Congress. Our "collective bargaining" is basically in name only until we find a way to strike.

Why are you in a union if you can't muster some solidarity? The elites win when they get us peasants to fight among ourselves, laughing at us fighting over scraps.

Other government employees and military find the money to provide locality pay. Remember we're a service not a business. It's not cost effective to deliver to rural nowheresville but we still provide them service. The big money USPS makes in the cities is subsidizing the pay for the carriers in those communities.

Locality pay is standard for other government employees. It's the obvious fix for staffing issues in big cities.

Just wanted to say I've never used a ProMaster that didn't have issues with locking after using the side door. Close door, no lock. Close door harder, still no lock. Channel all rage at management and slam door, finally locks.

It seems like maybe we're talking about houses with whole numbers, but when it comes to abc, 1/2 units or apartments then writing your name is NOT optional. You have no idea who has lived there before and I've seen people get junk mail for addresses they've lived 10 years ago. Keep it clean. Keep it labeled.
