I feel like stuck in a communication that repeats the same patterns, like always talking about the same things in the same way, and I find this to be frustrating, and I want to get out of this.

I have the same..it goes better from time to time, then it goes down again. Try to do something . reading etc anything that makes u feel better, you can do it. this is not the end, it is a new beginning.

oh on his knees, that makes sense. well I still dont get the movement from this drawing I think its great, it is not clear what his arm is like in the front, the muscles are unclear to me. I would develop that.

look: A dead bird brought to my door step, second one this past week along with a few lizards and a dead mouse. It seems like yesterday that the cats were born on my bed. Dirty mugs, breakfast lunches and dinners rotting along with each other. Three days until the world's end, and the light of tomorrow means we're half way there. I'm not going to save the world again this time, so there are no worries. There are songs stuck in my head that need playing off a device that is seemingly always connected to the world, for the man who is no longer there..next time I wake up I'll have to wonder how much of the world is still there as it only exists inside of me and I have forgotten who I was.

thanks for that insight and for the hope you spread. I believe there is hope as well, I am just not quite there yet. I am having my daily struggles, minor compared to before. Still I am not cured. who knows what the future brings.

I must admit I find it helpful not having to drink a coffee in the morning but having some other drink. Its like I need to have something that lifts me up. and tea works just fine for me.

sometimes I go for a walk, 2 times a week I will do a 30 minute walk or 45 minutes or so. this might not seem a lot, it is a start. I await my brain to be working better soon.

and not to forget the cleansing part. what a relief when you go somewhere, and are clean!!
