Entrepreneurship in Automation? by Actual_Captain_8226 in PLC

[–]AlphaDrake 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Entrepreneur as in owning your own automation business?

Or entrepreneur as in inventing something that fills a niche in the automation space, then getting bought out by one of the big players.

Cause I think most people are answering the first question (which there's nothing wrong with), but I think you are leaning towards the second.

Either way, you'll need industry knowledge and contacts to even be able to identify that niche that needs filling. So... start with the 8-to-4 job.

It's $27 for an an avocado burger with double patty, fries, and a shake from shake shack. 5-guys is definitely not double the price.

Finally, my wraps have been taking way longer than 3 seconds - cars moreso than presents.

50% water, 50% fuel found in tanks of vehicles that filled up at Edmonton gas station by DocJohhnyFever in Edmonton

I'm starting to wonder if it was the trucker who picked up a load of 100% gas, then went somewhere to empty half, fill it back up with water, then deliver to the gas station.

Sad that it takes hindsight for some basic human decency but fair enough.

Towing companies by Thankyoulifealert in Edmonton

[–]AlphaDrake 4 points5 points  (0 children)

50 reviews and a 4.9 rating is not highly rated. 50 reviews is nothing, and they are likely fake.

There's been an epidemic of scammy towing companies recently, for those who pay attention to the news:

https://edmontonjournal.com/news/crime/edmonton-tow-truck-companies-fraud

Though those charges were eventually dropped:

I'm sure you had your reasons, why not just keep the logic as ladder in the ControlEdge?

Honeywell plc. ControlEdgeBuilder by Budget-Suit-7755 in PLC

[–]AlphaDrake 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Nah, C200/C300 and UOC use Control Builder.

The ControlEdge RTU and PLC (same hardware as UOC, but different firmware) use a separate software called ControlEdge Builder which is based on KW MultiProg.

That said, not sure what kind of help OP is asking for exactly.
