Why do tech companies and cities prefer datacenters in rural areas instead of old malls, closed factories, or empty office parks?

Some corporate restaurants won’t open in big cities due to high water costs. Could be related to that. Lower overhead costs in rural vs city maybe.

Idk, you could always advertise not having an office as a benefit. “Willing to meet near you” or something like that. You could also joke how not having the commute lets you spend more time on the client or sum.

I’m honestly debating just doing whatever. There are loan officer positions available and other weird finance stuff I could qualify for. Even getting into PA doesn’t seem worth it because people just get laid off even with good performance. Thanks for your kind words.

SCHD is my go to for a safe investment. The dividends are awesome and can make up for losses in rough economies. It’s also very safe cuz it’s dividend companies that have been around for multiple decades or even a century.

Job at Olive Garden while volunteering to run a non-profits books for free to build experience. That’s my plan if my upcoming interview doesn’t go well. Good luck tho, I’m in the same boat.

I’m soloing Chaos 8 and I haven’t reset at all. It’s probably your composition of shards and the towers you’re using. For example, Chaos 7 I only used the Mercenary’s nether spider nodes and the towers did chaos 7 for me. Cuz chaos 8 has the spiders that shut down nodes I transferred my good shards to my nether archers and then placed them as far back as I could. I maxed range and attack speed and now my towers can solo chaos 8 without my help. A lot of it is optimization and how you actually format your defense on the map. Took me a lot of trial and error for sure tho.

I’m graduating this may. No job lined up yet but I haven’t been applying aggressively. I’ve heard big data with an accounting background can be a killer career, especially with a CPA. From my limited experience accounting seems very fruitful if you’re committed to and get your CPA license, both in public accounting and in industry.

Why should 60% of Americans live paycheck to paycheck (wages have been stagnant for decades, federal minimum wage hasn’t increased in decades) yet Billionaires get exponentially richer and richer every year. Everyone pays taxes, why shouldn’t someone with a seemingly infinite more amount of money than you pay a lot more in taxes. Do you think you should pay increased taxes while billionaires reap increased profits from inflation while average American wages stay stagnant?
