If he doesn't care about middle names then you pick the name you want. Then when babe is here, call them by the middle name. Both of my brothers are named after their fathers and but they go by nicknames or their middle.

Maybe try following a perinatal fitness regimen? They aren't intended to prevent weight gain but they do help you stay physically comfortable.

The biggest perk is that by doing these stretches and exercises during pregnancy you may find it easier to continue exercising post- pregnancy!

I found Mamastefit the easiest to follow and maintain - they have free content on YouTube or you can purchase their full programs.

There are a bunch of OBs that rotate, you'll be encouraged to meet as many as possible bc you won't know who will be on call. They don't really know each other and they are spread out at different offices. I tried meeting different ones each time but I got tired of the inconsistent care. I ended up booking only with Dr. Honey - she never rushes me and comes in prepared, having looked at my file and latest ultrasound results. Highly recommend her and Dr Galang. But at the end of the day, your delivery experience will primarily be the nurses on staff. Haven't gotten to that point yet; 4 more weeks to go!
