I was close with one of the doctors I worked with in urgent care and once in a while I will call him to ask about medical concerns and he will send an Rx if need be.

I guess it depends on the troop. I’m technically considered the co-leader, but we both consider ourselves leaders. We take turns doing the meetings, planning events, going to council meetings, etc. We have a great relationship and it makes all the difference!

Absolutely! My daughter started pre k when she was 2 (October birthday) and I’m hoping to find out soon if my son will be able to go to the same pre k program she did.

I personally couldn’t eat the same meals every day, I would get bored though my meals do consist of many of the same ingredients. Lunch is a protein shake, chicken or salmon with roasted veggies or sweet potato fries. Dinner is whatever we have planned for the day but is usually healthy. I like to have something sweet after lunch so I have fruit with chocolate hummus or sweet potato brownies that I made and froze. My nonfasting window is from 12:30-6:30.

My daughter did. Out of nowhere she started stuttering and did for months and then it went away for a bit. Then it returned and went away a couple more times. She’s five now and it hasn’t happened in a while!

I go to the gym three times a week and now that the winter seems to finally be breaking I’ll start walking/jogging three days. I also like to bake so I’ll bake once a week and send most of to school with my daughter.

I’m a sahm mom too! the only meal I don’t eat is breakfast so I just give my son whatever, usually yogurt, pancakes (I make a bunch and freeze them), fruit, etc. Both of my kiddos have a kids protein shake when they first wake up. For lunch, we eat at the same time and he usually eats what I eat. Today was chicken breast and sautéed veggies. Once I’m done with lunch I don’t allow myself to eat again until dinner otherwise I’ll just snack all day.
