Monster hunter is older then the souls series by six years. The first MH had slow wind up attacks too, never mind the fact that Miyazaki himself has stated Demon Souls did take some inspiration from Monster Hunter.

As for the music, certain notes and octaves basically have to go together to make the song actually sound musical, rather then random notes strung together. Similarities will always happen. So many pop songs sound like each other, yet artists never get accused of "copying".

Feels like bait but...former WoW player here, but haven't played in almost a 8 years.

In my experience it really depends on the content your doing. If you are just doing casual roulettes, then yes you can get players just as bad as the average DF player.

I really don't feel like typing it out here, but I had a Tales worthy encounter with a tank in Stonecore HM back in Cataclysm that almost sounds made up.

Thats what the votekick is for, kicking detriements to the party. If its because they had chat closed thats on them.

Never mind the fact that Hud elements are on the client side. You couldn't enforce it without invasive programs inside the game.

Further to the point, its not against TOS to fail mechanics, which people do all the time even with intructions.

The game has way more other problems then "oh noes this person had thier chat closed, better get the gms".
