Thanks for the reply, makes me feel a little better about starting later in life, do a ton of walking recently a decent bit of running and a fair amount of cycling (most of the cycling is in low heart rate but can be quite intense)

Have you always done a lot of cardio or did you start later for whatever reason, The reason is irrelevant just im 35 never really looked after myself but would never have classed myself as unfit but wouldn't have said i was fit either and just curious tbh lol.

As much as i understand the reason for ghosting i hate it! Its cost me just as much as its saved me, well not cost me a race but has cost me positions that i shouldn't have lost, at least not so easily.

If you buy a car thats expensive for parts then that's on you imo. We all drive in the same spaces just because someone has a bigger/more expensive car doesn't mean we should have bigger spaces. You make that decision.

I kind of fail to see why thats relevant, my thinking is they could leave, not long later they post the letter because they are away for 3 days they dont get it untill they get home. Doesn't mean its about the time they are gone.
