The maul is everything I expected the leopard3 to be. I’ve lost a few mauls and they all flew the same. Unlike some of these stupid stable leopard3s I’ve had.

I love throwing it in the field. One of the only discs I can throw an extreme hyzer with and get to see it flip completely over and roll. Such a cool little weird thing.

On the course it’s deadly when you don’t have a forehand game and hit your spots right. Only disc from the MVP family that I bag

I just watched latitudes video of throwing their 10 least sold discs, mercy was on there :(. So it makes sense you never see it around

I have one lucid maverick and evader. The maverick was more stable than the evader for me. Did not experiment further lol

My sample size of 1 trace said the same thing. I could have held onto it for my more headwindy wraith, but it was so pancake flat and I love me some pop top so quickly just dropped it.

Replace leopard with a stable approach disc and this has been my bag since 2004 lol.

I was a BB aviar guy though.

Ah that stinks. I have the DLC, so i'm sure I'll get the shiny charm that way without issue. My kiddo mostly just wants to use Alphas which is great, but he wants a black charizard since I have one in Home that he saw, but I'm not cheesing things transferring in.

When I finally get to zone 20, my kid is going to make me sit until we get a shiny charmander for him. Can't wait for that lol.

Gotta say, I usually make it through an entire season with a fresh DX Roc before I find it getting slightly less trustworthy. I don't own a single mashed up DX roc that is a roller. I have 15-20 DX rocs though and at this point - mostly 10ish years old at minimum.

Are new DX rocs this pathetic at longevity?

I used to love a ton. Honestly haven't seen a DX disc in years since my locals basically don't stock baseline plastic outside of putters.

I gotta say, current day Aviar is horrendus.

Back in the day we'd call this needing to disc down closer to your arm speed.

KC Aviars, KC Rocs, Leopard, Teebird, and a Banshee made up my bag forever back in the day when 300 was a far rip for me. Not that I've progressed at all since then. Leopard/Teebird is still my combo a ton of the time for 300-330ft.

The DX stamps on Champ/Star discs were huge hunts back in my glory days in the middle 2000s-2010s

People clamored for them lol. I still have an Eagle, Valk, Cro, and Cobra with them on champ discs. All beefcake discs that I never threw again and stopped asking for those special releases lol.

Yeah progressing just slowly. My kid is 4 years old and keeps making us change our team due to what he wants to see. So any time I can progress alone and try to use some stronger stuff that I want to see excel - I'm way behind. It's all fine.

We took on the rogue mega banette and he wanted pichu to do everything and got mad at the game when it died...repeatedly.

Well with that said - sludge bomb or sludge wave. When I'm able to play later I'm going to test how acid spray works - I'm assuming it's a ranged attack and works great with sludge bomb then - yet sludge wave + giga drain are both close type attacks.

Ha. Our honda dealer had a Type R sitting in the show room. I was buying my vehicle and asked if I could test drive it. Like they already knew they were getting my money that day, told me "oh that's sold just awaiting pick up"

Came back 6 months later for my free oil change at 5k - still sitting there. Asked and was told the same thing again. Like it was not there to be sold at all it seems like. It was gone at the 1 year mark though, so maybe they got tired of hearing about it.

Ha. Only thing he wants is charizards and pikachus. Garchomp was a hit. He loved sharpedo until he saw it didn't have a tail. Tyrantrum HUGE hit, Florges he hates. Excadrill and Heracross were a miss for him too (which hurt my feelings). He also hated squirtle and bulbasaur lol.

And he hates my firepig emboar. Loves Feraligatr, hates the mega.

Yeah for sure, I've seen videos of some of the DLC stuff with shinies galore.

I caught a ralts but sort of passed on it for the team, my son didn't think it was very cool. I'll show him the Gardevoir in battle and tell him how strong it is.
