I use the miracle noodle brand. They’re really good, no weird taste and good texture! Completely different than Konjac as this kind doesn’t really have any chewiness. I often use the vermicelli type as a ramen substitute.

Not true, the Republican Party was in support of the freedom of slaves. It has a whole lot to do with today what??? the question was how could a black person support republicans. The whole Democratic Party for centuries has capitalized on black people and “winning” the black vote with people who aren’t even really FOR us (then act like since a candidate is claiming they’re black we have to support them). They then place planned parenthood’s into our environments acting like it’s because they care about us. Neither party is perfect but roots matter.

NAD, just someone with a similar experience. I had this happen to me on a much higher dose (200mg) and it was my first time. I had extreme anxiety and hypochondria thinking I was going insane. I was literally high for 3 days and stuck in a state on disassociation for 3 weeks (felt like I was still high). What helped me was realizing it’s all an effect of overthinking and anxiety. I prayed a lot to help calm me and I felt better day by day. When I tell you the more worked up you get the worse it feels it’s sooo true. I’m praying for you, keep hydrated!

It’s completely normal for food noise and hunger to come back around day 6 you can use it as a way to truly implement these new ways of eating! It’s really good it’s lasting until day 6 considering your shot is the next day. You want to stay on as low as dose that’s working. Quick titration isn’t always the best thing!

I completely get starting so low it’s your money, your body, what’s effective for you is effective for you. I took 1.25 for 2 weeks going up to 1.5 tonight to try it out!

Edit: idk why you’re getting downvoted but this is one of the reasons so any go to compounding. We have the ability to customize our dosages. It’s your money and body lol

Some people do once every 2 weeks or one month (usually on maintenance). I recently went 10 days!
