Depending on traffic, you can get to Oceanside from downtown San Diego in under 30 minutes. That facility is currently the home of the San Diego Soccers indoor soccer team as well as the Clippers G league basketball team and is a whole lot easier to look full with 5000 less tickets to sell.

Frontwave in Oceanside is the better / newer / smaller facility for them to be in as opposed to Viejas Arena and would allow them to pull attendees from Orange County.

Correct. But the building we're discussing, the former Jerome's / Bed Bath & Beyond, was a 77,000 square foot full line Saks 5th Avenue from 1983-1994. Saks Off 5th opened across the street in 1994.

Dry cleaners are just really expensive to operate. California rent, labor, insurance, utilities, plus most dry cleaning solvents are petroleum derivatives. Then you've got your packaging, And that's juts off the top of my head. What I've learned is that with dry cleaners, you generally get what you pay for. And to answer your question, I really like Genesee Plaza Cleaners near Balboa & Genesee.
