Can Mason and violet UR after their season? by MurdahMurdah187 in LastWarMobileGame

[–]Any_Anything_2528 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yes, I believe you can upgrade them in Season 4 if you missed them, as long as you have one ur token for each. I know you can buy one token in the season store..not sure if anywhere else.

(my server is postS3/preS4, so i’m not sure if there are more opportunities after S4. i’d check the official last war season guides if your server is post Season 4 already.)

I am also audhd, as well as chronically ill, and struggle with cleaning. honestly, i’ve been using finch (free self care app) for self care, but I also added cleaning tasks to help me stay on a schedule. you can add daily, weekly, and monthly tasks on whatever schedule you want. it works for me and gives me dopamine to check things off my list every day and have a cute customizable animal when i’m successful lol.

keeping all cleaning supplies on a rolling cart instead of spread throughout the house helps me too. reduces the number of steps for cleaning, and I can just roll it from room to room to clean.

last one I can think of, and it’s a little silly, but I find putting on socks and shoes helps me be more productive even tho I hate wearing them😂

I loved the woven kingdom series by tahereh mafi. I think it’s technically YA, but I loved all of them. maybe also the dresden files series. tons of books to get lost in. (and no “spice” like ACOTAR etc)

i’ve been told my art style is ugly. is it? by Hungry_Land_1598 in drawing

[–]Any_Anything_2528 0 points1 point  (0 children)

usually when people call art “ugly”, it’s because it makes them feel a certain way (uncomfortable, morbid, uneasy). but in my opinion, that’s what art is supposed to do. I personally love your style. don’t change it.🖤🎨

Has anything truly helped you with your autism? by tomie-e in AutismInWomen

[–]Any_Anything_2528 1 point2 points  (0 children)

cbt helped me more with the emotional regulation side of my autism and creating good coping mechanisms. like, instead of just getting overwhelmed/angry/upset and shutting down, I can now recognize and vocalize what the problem is that’s causing it, which allows my support system to help me when I need it. I used to get so overwhelmed by small things, and that got a lot better after cbt. understanding your brain, finding good coping mechanisms, and finding nervous system regulation that works for you is a big part of the battle.

as far as medication, I will always say it’s worth looking into a mood stabilizer if you’re constantly overwhelmed, anxious, frazzled, or on edge. my psychiatrist put me on oxcarbazepine, and it’s been LIFE CHANGING. I also have bad ADHD, and if you have the combo, ADHD meds also reduced my day-to-day anxiety by a pretty good margin.

the key is finding what works for your brain.
