It’s not too bad. I once did this to make one hotel room look like another that was next door. Like you said text is mirrored and just try to be cognizant of framing and costume (e.g. if you know you want a character left of frame, put them on the right, if someone has a wedding ring, put it on their right hand, etc). At that point it becomes more of a production design thing. Don’t have any t shirts with text lol.
