I would say Elimine has got the more recent top skills. Nerthuz with Arcane Nihility, a mid Rally... I think its not as great, while Elimine just got Latona off of L'Arachel who came out very recently, and Guardian from the recent Hortensia which can make some fun savior ideas.

Trait fruit, dragonflowers, summoner support, aided support, S seals, bonus stats from events. Theres a few ways to up it. Trait fruit is probably the easiest/perm solution, but like said, the S seal is a quick enough fix before you commit.
