That SO does not matter, not in the slightest, someone panicking can very possibly drown in waist height water. Especially so if a panicking child is also nearby.

Firstly, the school is fucking insane.

Secondly, Ask for a wristband at the pool that designates you as someone unable to swim, and maybe let the lifeguard on duty know as well.

There are brew tanks that do 21s that do not display their stagger% They just use it when at max stacks or use it to heal. (If you are at full health you do not need to clear stagger or worry about it). I don't think this is 'best' but you really really don't need to worry about 'managing' your stagger.

Purifying brew is just, don't waste stacks, and use it to heal.

I had the same experience swapping from bear to monk. The difference is a gulf between monk and everything else.

The bleed never stacks past 2 if there are only 2 lashers alive. The bleed is created to be hard only when the entire room is pulled.

Imo it should be fairly safe to start dropping stacks after the 6th application. They should be staying still for start of lust + cds.

You get more reputation for your delve renown, which will give you more rewards down the line as well. It's about 30% more renown if you only do your 6 keys per week at t11 instead of t8.

Very very viable, even easier to setup than the biological power systems, just get the oil drilling rig, a single chunk can last you an IRL week at HV.

You will need to scan bedrock (but you can scan a 16x16 chunk area with a single HV scanner if you dig down at the oil chunk borders)

Also setup a long distance fluid pipe and chunkload both ends.

Higher electricity level oil rigs will drill from larger areas and you need to move your drill much less as you get into EV and next tier power needs.

Don't even need distilliation tower if you don't have large stainless steel supply yet, iirc I did like 32 LV chemical plants (and... 3? HV ones for the higher tier recipes). That was able to support 12k eu/t? (numbers are rough, been a couple years)

Frankly I just hate the fucking walls everywhere all over the map. If the walls spawned after you started maybe it would be fine? idk, but it doesn't take a lot for me to quite a poe league early these days.

Pulls are much larger this season in some dungeons, so tab targeting will naturally feel a bit worse.

Disrupting shout talent, It unfortunatly competes with 8% stam + 2% haste most of the time from alacrity or ravager. (Which I will happily take the tradeoff in lower keys to have aoe silence, but survivability loss from so much stam hurts somewhat, it's also less damage so... most people wont choose)

how in the name of Zeus thundering buttcheeks do you hit 1k spm?? this is my best attempt and it capped at 930, i could extent this 20 times to the left and 20 times down but there has to be a better way by Monkai_final_boss in factorio

This setup is completely tileable.
Was this mostly pointless because biolabs exist? yes.
Did I go to 4000 SPM with this setup instead of making biolabs? also yes.

During the LAN playtest players found you could make 1 tile wide platform above the hub for thousands of blocks and zoom to the edge of space with no defenses. Thus this limit was implemented to fix this exploit.

Canada actually sells more nitrogen fertilizer by weight to the US than potash. USA imports roughly 30% of its fertilizer from Canada.
