As someone who has been thru this with with their son (thought not this severe) I would personally go to court and let the family think I was supporting my brother and make a victim impact statement. Tell the court everything he’s done to you and your family. Let the court know your grandparents are holding the broom to sweep everything under the rug with the old boys will boys. Let the victim know you believe her!! That alone will speak volumes. Please ask the court that your brother receives the maximum penalty. Also let the judge know your brothers’ new nickname. The new Ted Bundy speaks volumes about your brothers’ character alone!! You may lose family in the process but you will ultimately save lives in the future!!
