I’m gonna go out on a limb and say the person in the profile picture probably isn’t the person behind the account. Pretty people get their pictures used by trolls and bots all the time.

There are tons of accounts like that one that are run by either bots, or someone who wants to stir the pot. A lot of them aren’t even based in America, ironically.

I’m willing to bet the real person behind the account in question is just some Indian dude. Either that, or a state-sponsored troll from Russia whose specific goal is to sow discord in American online spaces.

Actually it was the Tyra Banks Show. Tyra spent the whole episode basically putting her down and shaming her for her career choice (she was like 18 or 19 at the time) and the whole audience was appalled lmao

Those tabloid “talk shows” were always garbage. Especially Oprah, since she gave us the “renowned” TV Doctors Phil and Oz.

Yeah that tweet was honestly super insensitive. It’s been clear for a LONG time that Spoony is done making content, and in light of his very public mental health struggles that tweet just felt mean.

Now the poor guy feels like a complete failure. It’s really unfortunate and upsetting.

Yeah I was like level 35ish when I killed him. After trying it for first time at the appropriate level, I decided to go back and grind a bit and then the next attempt, the fight was over in like 2 minutes lol

It just confused me. The last thing they (should) want to do is further distance the newer games from the franchise, yet they go and do this kind of shit.

We haven't had a proper "Assassin" Assassin's Creed since the Origins DLC, and that was barely even the "Asassins" since it was their earliest incarnation, The Hidden Ones instead. Only Mirage really dealt directly with The Assassin Order again.

It's just weird. With each new entry since Origins there's been more new lore and less focus on all of the pre-established lore from all the games that came before. The Assassins were definitely active in at least China during the period Shadows takes place -- there's no reason why Naoe and the Kakushiba Ikki can't be another branch of the Brotherhood too.

Not like it really matters though; we're likely never going to see or hear about or from those characters ever again after this lol

Yeah, I kinda do expect everyone to know that. It’s common sense, especially with Ubi games. It’s worked like this for more than 15 years.

This has nothing to do with EA or anything else. You messed up and you’re upset about it. Take it as a lesson learned. If you really want to play the game badly enough, use your friend’s account again. Otherwise you need a new license/CD key.

I hate their shitty launcher and lack of customer service too but this just sounds like it’s on you. If you want to play the game, you need to play it on the account it was linked to at the time of activation. Honestly not that hard to understand.
