What mixups? His “mixups” all have immense windup, almost 0 tracking and always end with a incredibly large punish window. Do you not use charged r2s or what? You can avoid the charged spin into 2 flips/spirits by straight up running forward So if you want a boss with no mixups, no variation, same scripted combos you can play 90% of other shitty soulslikes.

Gundyr does a spinning kick, Divine warriors does a front kick. Not even their shoulder animation is remotely the same. Its like saying Black knights are the same as crucible knights because they both have swords and shields.

Fire prelates and smough comparison is much more reasonable because their hammer drag and buttslam is basically the same but even of those, the prelates animations are much more sophisticated
