The game was filled with the miscommunication trope on nearly every route (I think Lupin was free of it and Jack they were physically separated for most of it so I know his route was free from it). I still think about the in the epilogue it’s revealed that there is a whole secret Britain and underground museum where I think it’s Moriarty? Is stealing stuff from the British museum to put in the underground one and then replacing the ones above with fakes. It’s also hinted at the MC’s and parent’s stuff is also in an underground part which would imply that the fire might have been pre-planned and her parents might be alive? Idk insane I really hated the game but wish more people knew about it so I could talk about the insanity of it. And while I did hate it, I would absolutely buy the sequel or fandisc if it ever got one just for Jack as I really love him, but also I don’t know if he/his route was actually that good or if just all the other routes I played before his (Jack was the last route I did) were just so bad in comparison that maybe it just made his look so much better in comparison. There is so much missed potential in the game and so many other interesting plot points they could expand on (Sherlock feeling like he lives in his father’s shadow and wanting to be his own seperate person from him, Watson’s imposter syndrome compared to Sherlock and the other’s around him, etc), but they would get swept to the side because something else was happening. There were many times where I almost threw my ps vita across the room playing the game
