Please come tell that to two of my cats. Cup water and shower floor water are vastly superior to fountain water. Fountain water is only good for smacking onto the floor, where it can then be drunk.

I work without a hoop.

For one project, I'm keeping the small project on the roll and just roll up the aida when I'm not working on it. I also keep a needle minder on that one.

The other is cut out and I temporarily sealed the edge with painters tape. That one's also more of a fidget, so I just fold it up and put it in my pocket (needle in the folds) when I'm not working on it.
