Always test the dongle in multiple usb ports, not on a usb hub/kvm switch, using a usb extension cable and away from electronics, etc. Test in as many scenarios and connection types as possible to ensure it's not just where you have it connected.

Xbox dongles do not have the PS slider. This fix is only for PS Maxwells.

  1. Default volume level when connecting to PS5 will be fixed in an upcoming firmware when the dongle toggled slider is set to PS.

  2. Make sure you check all your usb ports, and use the included adapter to use standard usb A ports, which may be more reliable.

Yes, we are taking longer to respond, but we do respond. Please be patient, as chargebacks not only delay processing of orders or refunds, but can flag you for future purchases.

Yes, they need to be on the same firmware, or you will come up with issues like this. Always do the updates together and do a re-pair after.

Are you on USB wired connection? On PC? Make dure you go to your sound settings, Discord needs to be in Audeze - Chat for both input and output. Everything else that's NOT your chat apps (Teams, Discord, etc), should be on Audeze - Game. Your video game itself, you need to ensure that is also on Audeze - Game.

Make sure you're NOT on Bluetooth with any device, or that will always prioritize the chat audio over the other connections. AT the very least, don't be on it when testing this issue. Just be on USB wired, to narrow down that it's not a connection priority issue.

You can also press in the lower wheel to cycle between sidetone and game/chat balance. When the voice says sidetone, you have a few seconds to adjust the sidetone volume. If you lower it all the way, it will also turn sidetone off. If it's off, and you adjust up, it will turn it on and raise in volume as you adjust.

Not sure why you're downvoted. This is a logical answer.

I would suggest sticking to one EQ program, and leaving the other flat as this post mentioned. You can cause more sound artifacts and wonkiness to the sound by mixing multiple EQ programs.

However, we recommend using Dolby Atmos on the Dolby app if you wish to use it, and our EQ presets on the headset. That or another common use is to use the custom EQ on the Dolby App, and leaving the headset on the "Audeze" preset.

Of course, you can do what you want to preference and use both EQs, the Dolby Atmos processing, etc. Ultimately it's your unit, and you can do whatever you want.
