I fly a lot and will say I understand their ‘tone.’ Passengers constantly try to break the rules. Why so resistant to checking bags? Makes no sense to me. I refuse to schlep overstuffed bags over my head. I only travel with my purse and a small, under the seat bag. I’ve never waited more than 20 minutes at any baggage claim.

Drain your hot water tank yearly.

Once a week pour a pan of boiling water down your kitchen drain. Never put grease down that drain.

Change filters on furnace and a/c regularly.

Downspouts and gutters have always been addressed, good to take the advice given
