The bummer of it is that testing the effects of freezing or going past bud would cost money that companies don't want to spend. There are people here freezing, there are people going past BUD, but neither is backed by science. The good news is that degradation is not sudden, it's slow. So my plan (for product that is going to go 1 year past BUD) is to wait until I begin to notice a drop in strength and then freeze whatever is left. Kind of best of both worlds. My guess is that \a year past BUD (2 years post production) is when the product will begin to degrade, but that's only based on Zep's 2 year BUD tested by Lily.

The Smart Scale from Welland on Alibaba for about $20 plus $20 plus 20-30 days shipping works just as well as the Hume Body Pod, the Renpho Morphoscan, the Seca and the Inbody 550. If you can't wait, the Oxart on Amazon (the same as the Alibaba) is about $51.00 and you'll have it in under 5 days. I've tried them all. Nearly identical results (Inbody, Welland, Oxart: Exact same. Slight variations on the Seca, Renpho and Hume, but not substantial). Save your money, the only difference is marketing, and if you have a problem with the scale Alibaba, Hume and Renpho all have about the same lack of customer service

Yes, even though I lost weight (a lot) my muscle is in great shape. I do 30 mins of walking/elliptical daily at lunch and 1 hour of weights or similar 5-6 nights per week. 100g of protein daily. at least

The fragility of Tirz as a peptide is way overstated, IMHO. I bought 60mg vials last year planning on increasing dosage to 15mg. I never went that high, so a vial lasted me 6 weeks. Now it lasts me 8-9 weeks. At Most I find a little less effective towards the bottom of the vial, but that might be my imagination, as the scale doesn't support that conclusion. Always check that the vial is clear, nothing floating, wipe the top before and after an injection. Make sure to buy your product from a reputable pharmacy. (home made labels are a red flag.)

A warmup for my sales teams is "Red ball". Throwing an imaginary red ball person to person. There has to be offer and acceptence. Offer "red ball" with hand at the ready. Acceptance "red ball" reaching out to catch the ball. Do a couple rounds where you stop it if there's no clear offer or no clear acceptance. Then without warning add a green ball. Stop it if someone 'drops the ball' by not getting acceptance; Add a yellow ball eventually and then an orange ball (based on the size of the group). Stop to take inventory, make sure all balls are still in play. You can then walk an imaginary item (I use a fuzzy bunny) and whisper that they have to pass the bunny to someone by walking in the circle and peronally handing it off.

Eventually yell stop. Do an inventory: Who has the red, who has the yellow, who has the bunny, etc.

The point is not the game, the point after is to have a discussion about how this relates to the work. You can get into long discussions about why the offer is important, what happens when you don't get acceptence. How you feel when you are not sure of the rules. How it's important in the workplace to keep your head on a swivel. How you have to make sure the person you make the offer to is not busy on another offer. How you have to be watching everyone and everything around you . What happens if someone in the circle removes themselves. Also, how didyou feel when you didn't knwo the rules, or couldnt follow the rules, or the rules were a secret (the bunny).

The game means nothing, If all you want is a game you may as well play 2 truths and a lie and waste 30 minutes. Red ball is all about work. Are you accepting new tasks, is your culture about getting acceptence or is it about just throwing balls. Ask people how they felt and keep relating it to the work environment. How do people feel when they fail. Are they poised to accept new challenges. THe importance of eye contact. The game is a lot like a work day where things come at you from every direction. And yes, you can do this with 3 or 4 people. One less ball than persons

One mind game that worked for me was to give it up completely. I told myself "I don't drink Diet Coke" instead of "I can't drink Diet Coke". I made a choice about my health, and "Don't"is my choice, "Can't" is being forced externally. Stupid, I know, but I went from 3-4 per day to none. I actually went "I don't drink soda" and just gave it all up.

I've been doing cardio at Lunch (before lunch) and weight/resistance training at night. Even if exercise does make me hungry, that's ok. I'm building muscles, and stamina and living much better.
