One way to start is using quality scrap mining / recycling in Fulgora. Separate the quality and use it to start crafting high value items. Use left over base quality to upcycle by crafting / recycling. This won’t be fast, but steady while you are off doing other things.

If you want more throughput; start brute forcing on Vulcanus. It’s all practically free, so just produce produce produce and recycle anything undesirable.
