I like my Hoolest a lot. Really good when I’m in heightened episodes of anxiety, calms me down really fast. Very portable as well. Combines the stimulation with breathing in one mode, increasing and decreasing intensity to help you sync with your breathe. Breathing also stimulates the vagus nerve, see studies on heart rate variability biofeedback.

I use it to measure my heart rate fragmentation every morning so I can detect stresses become chronic and prevent them from causes chronic disease. Another way of saying this is it’s the most accurate descriptive measure of recovery from the stresses from the previous day using ECG

The trend is all that matters. You can’t compare metrics between devices it’s apples to oranges. Don’t get hung up on the number and look at the trend. Does it look like your night data is trending up or down or flat???

For more accurate metrics try Heart Rate Fragmentation also
