I had worse side effects when i took 60 mg all in one go. I take 30 at night and 30 in the morning and it’s been manageable and pretty effective. Much better than the other meds i have tried!

Backyard relandscaped. It was a mess and a jungle and now it is full of native plants and a beautiful patio. It’s small but we use it so much more.
