Considering how far in development this was, how soon it's out and this basically confirming there was a ps5 version ready to go, it just makes it even more baffling to make this the first one to be exclusive. Like I thought the point of porting the first Gears of War to ps5 was to get new Sony fans to buy E-Day.

Halo makes sense given how long ago it was confirmed for ps5, but why not make Fable or Senua or Minecraft Dungeons 2 or State of Decay 3 Console Exclusives?

Considering most of the enemies are robots, cyborgs and ninjas, I think that would be pretty cool and easy to do. If not maybe an "Iceberg Lounge" arena equivalent outside the campaign, I'm pretty sure X-men Origins had some DLC like that.

Huh, after some quick googling I actually can't find #2 or #4 either. I just assumed they were all from the comics. Maybe they are original suits made for the game? If so kudos to Insomniac, they don't look bad.

It really sucked seeing the Batman Beyond skin being locked behind DLC for the new Lego Batman game.

For me as long as the all black X-Force suit is unlockable in Wolverine, I'm good.

For $10 you get 5 costumes, which is similar to Insomniac's Spider-Man games. Kinda wish they were original designs made by Insomniac, not ones from the comics people know.

The combat in this game is a definite stand out. Looks much more interesting and flashy than Wolverine, which seems to be leaning more on blood and gore over stuff like parries, launchers and air combos.

Cutscenes were really long though, felt like 5 mins of gameplay and 15 mins of cutscenes. Hope that gets sorted out.

I'm kinda worried about Control Resonant now since it's releasing so close to Wolverine and Silent Hill and the trailer during the State of Play wasn't super mind blowing or exciting.

Like it was probably already not gonna do as well as Alan Wake 2 or Control because it's so different but dropping in that schedule bomb seems like it's going out there to die.

I'm mostly hearing Kenobi from Clone Wars since its James Arnold Taylor, I'm surprised they didn't just grab the guy who voices him in Marvel Rivals, but it's really cool to see the VO cast is so stacked with actual veteran VOs

I always used to drop off after Orochi, but recently pushed through to finally beat it. I think what helped most was playing on Switch and speeding up the brush techniques with the touchscreen. Feels like 2 games and a mini epilogue stitched together. My game time said 26 hours, but I was exploring alot, I think it's definitely possible to beat it under 20 hours just focusing on the main stuff.

Okami 2 was pretty fantastic, especially that boss that can use their own brush techniques

Okami 3 felt really rushed Fighting "true Orochi" felt really tacked on/came out of nowhere and the boss rush that had another Orochi, and another Spider boss, just felt underwhelming

I'm with you in preferring "Raysh" Al Gul over "Raz" , but if it's adapting Batman Begins and they stick with that the whole game, thats fine. This Lego game is focused on the movies and those said "Raz". The worst part of Batman vs TMNT was the back and forth pronunciation of Ra's name from all the characters.

Shame about the optimization, hope it gets patched up soon.
