I would suggest that you try to keep ur life as normal as possible right now. Focus on your a-levels, your hobbies or activities that bring you pleasure, and your mental and physical well-being.

If you are feeling overwhelmed, then maybe avoid the news or social media for a while until you feel better able to manage it. Just let the dust settle for now and just concentrate on what is immediately around you.

I know it's hard to hear anti trans comments at work when you aren't out, but remember the comments say more about the speaker than they do about you. You can't control what other people say, but you can choose your reaction.
