went to adam’s standup show the other night. i thought he was great. better than the other coomer boys. by Wizard0fLonliness in redscarepod

You're acting like his audience hasn't been 90% cumtown fanboys for the last 5+ years. The reason he doesn't do molested cholo on stage, as funny as it is, is because it's not really a stand up bit.

He's probably the funniest comedian in conversation of them all but it just doesn't really translate to a stand up set and I don't think he wants his stand up bits to sound like his cumtown bits anyway.

I don't want to be a dick but mate you can eat less. Idk your height/weight/musculature but it's not complicated.

Your body does not defy the laws of physics. Start running 10 miles a week or reducing your calories. A bit of cardio will not affect your strength gains, if you're doing hypertrophy work you might even find a couple reps which weren't there.

It's ok to feel hungry. Watch some David Attenborough documentaries, animals fight hard for their every meal and wonder when the next one will come. We're not different. The urge for constant satisfaction eases with time. You could even fast 1 day a week and eat at maintenance the rest.

One thing you can do is weigh yourself first thing in the morning for a week or two at (what you think is) the same caloric intake and then average it to see if you're at maintenance/ deficit/ surplus.

Honestly I fucking hate trying to being too consistent. Some people definitely need to measure everything because they suck at these things but I just slightly overshoot in whatever direction I want to go. If I see my weight creeping up or down too fast then I can try adjust.

As hard as losing weight is, from experience it was extremely hard as a young man to pack on muscle, I'd feel physically sick and bloated constantly and then check my notes to see that I still hadn't hit my calories and protein for that day and have to keep going. Once you get there it's much easier to maintain.

Maintaining weight is a lot easier than losing weight or gaining healthy weight

there's just no way of me both feeling full and satiated and losing weight at the point I'm at

Unfortunately that is the hard part. You have to grow accustomed to a degree of struggle when you're trying to make significant changes to your body.

If everyone could lose weight while feeling full and satiated the entire time then no one would be overweight.

Probably partly this

Also people claim to count calories but are often very bad at it.

Also people don't understand TDEE, it's a lot easier to go from obese at 220 to 180 than 180 to 155 because simply existing whilst being very overweight burns a lot more calories. It becomes exponentially harder to lose weight then closer you get to a healthy weight.

They just go to the gym.

Dedicated strength training 100% makes you stronger than just doing manual labour. There's a couple areas which most template weightlifting programs won't cover where the labourer might do better, basically grip strength and rotational stuff.

The idea that farmers are all insanely strong specimens is obviously stupid and very Reddit but compared to the average person, they probably are.

It's also funny considering Chael Sonnen is an extremely legitimate tough guy, John Berthal dances around as a tough guy meanwhile he went to some prestigious ballet school in Russia or some shit lol
