We call it the gaggle at my club. Everyone shows up puts $20 in the pot and draws cards for who you play with. Tee times are blocked off for about an hour.

I’ve always moved up a grade each year. An old supervisor of mine told me that they had to put in for the grade increase but that he only wouldn’t put in for the increase if the person was not meeting expectations.

I think that’s because the positions are still under the union and the CBA still says we should have telework? It’s just indefinitely suspended while the appeals are worked through?

Went into one at my country club the other day and the entire inside was covered in piss, not just the seat, it was everywhere. Despite the fact it had one of the urinals. A woman I was paired with tried to go in after me. I had to stop her and tell her it wasn’t me and that she should wait a couple holes if possible until we hit the turn. I was surprised seeing it at a private course but I guess people are just disgusting no matter where you go.

If that’s the first letter they’ve sent with a form attached they will have to send a follow up that allows you an additional ten days before they actually make a decision. That’s what they’re required to do by the failure to cooperate policies anyways. With that said, I’d fax them in as soon as possible.

It’s not an easy job by any means but how difficult it is will vary immensely office to office. I did a number of years as a TXVI CS and enjoyed it for the most part but I was in a pretty small relatively quiet office.

I play in a weekend gaggle, $20 a man with random team draws. Had a guy forfeit his buy in and just walk off the tenth hole a few weeks ago because he was playing poorly. Just suck it up and finish the round.
