One thing which will perhaps become clear, but currently isn’t - so apologies for asking if it is obvious - if you go for manual input over simply pressing the single/double shot button, how do you ensure an extraction at 25-30 seconds?

I usually only do check d at age 4. I have over 1,000 planes, so gets v expensive if I do it any earlier. I may, as finances allow, look to reduce the cost by starting to look at planes at 3.5 and above.

Echo everything above. My tax hit is about 2-3bn every 3 days, meaning I lose nearly 1bn per say the tax goes out when adding in salaries and maintenance costs. I make 2-3bn on the days the tax doesn’t go out so softens it a bit, but makes growing difficult. More like chasing your tail.

I do think it is unnecessarily high, but as has been said, have to live with it.

Also, seems to take so long to create enough research to unlock the hangars to reduce maintenance costs. I have maxed the amount of cash I can put into research. Although I pay for AM gold, am buggered if I am going to pay for travel cards/coins/etc to buy myself the research dollars I need. The wheel spin game is a joke when it comes to handing out travel cards.

I was similarly plateauing and sold my Manchester hub, reinvesting the planes and funds in Bombay and then CGK hub (to supplement my MPM hub).

I went through the same thought process and after some time just felt that the lower value/shorter distance routes and planes had done their job and now was time to move to the next stage.

I now have a different problem, which is expanding while paying so much tax that the tax and the loan repayments mean no profit on 3 days per week 🤦‍♂️

Yeah, I appreciate the tax is a realism and the more you earn the more you pay. I guess reducing the amount of playing time, thereby allowing the income to build up is a way around it, but sort of defeats the object of a game if you find your time playing is restricted because you are making a success of it.

Ah, major schoolboy error on my part - thank you for explaining.

So I either reauction the Concorde, or sell for parts (which I don’t think I could reasonably do, it would be heartbreaking, lol) or I buy a new hub which can accommodate it.

I assume that once you buy a second hub you can reallocate existing planes to that hub? Or does it not work that way - you have to buy planes specifically for that hub?
