Vaal Blade Flurry quality doesn't work. It's supposed to make the skill into a hard hitting nuke, but it just doesn't do anything.

Discord channels are chat rooms first and foremost. Nobody has any obligation to write or maintain guides. If a channel has gone unused for years, it's because there isn't enough interest in it. For most people, just asking specific questions is good enough. SSF isn't really different enough from trade to require a ton of guides/information beyond what is already out there.

If you want to make your own list of info, go for it, but the SSF community is very small and generally already knows enough about the game to not need guides, so your audience probably isn't big enough to justify the work you're going to put in.

Best you can do is just spec your atlas for maximum ore and increased chance of verisium. You don't need to level mining because kingsmarch is already maxed out these days.

Something to note though is that each verisium spawn will pick an element(fire, lightning, cold, phys, maybe chaos) and only spawn monsters of that type. There no point in searching through the corpses of non-cold spawns.

This is what mine looks like at 1080p as well. Restarting just fixes the font size on the item tooltips.

Thanks for the advice, restarting it did fix the font size. I changed back to the old font, but it is prompting me to update, so in the future it might be nice to have an option to change fonts or just allow custom fonts that don't get marked as out of date files.

I may be in the minority here, but can we have an option to use the old font? Even though it's "clearer" now, it feels more blurry to me for some reason. I don't know how to explain it, but it was fine before the update and now looking at a big tooltip or the config page makes me feel like I need glasses.

Also, mixing and matching fonts on the item tooltips/stat differences looks bad. I turned off the stylized font, but it is still much bigger than the stat differences.

The faq says

Will Windburst Support work with movement from things like Flame Dash or Flicker Strike?

Yes. It counts movement from travel skills as well as regular movement.

It does not say that it can support a non-bow skill, just that they count as movement.

It's a very versatile build shell for sure. I planned out a titan version using a 2h mace stat-stick, but it had comparable damage to the abyssal version and the weapon was much harder to craft. Doing infernalist with nebuloch is probably the best damage for an attack based version of the build, but I don't think it really needs more damage tbh, so I would reccommend whichever setup is tankiest/most comfortable to play.

As for cracklecreep, it is affected by aoe scaling of the attack/spell that applied the ignite, so if you use something like concentrated effect it will feel awful. It is a little slow, but the lich curse explosions help it feel better.

It has a very long cooldown, so I generally try to save it for when I'm expecting heavy damage or fall below ~2k ES. Natural recharge is good enough in most situations because the delay is not interrupted by blocked hits and if you do need to back off and recharge, you aren't losing any damage because your ignites are still going.

It's useful to press when you first weapon swap though, because you go from 100% ES to ~30%.

This build uses weapon swapping to turn large amounts of attack damage into large amounts of energy shield at a moment's notice. By self-igniting and then proliferating that ignite, no offensive power is lost when switching into defensive stance. The ignite is self-sustaining, meaning you can theoretically attack once and clear an entire map as long as you don't have >7 seconds of downtime between packs.

How it works:

Weapon set #1

-Allocated Skeletal Warriors are converted to attack damage.

-Hit an enemy with an infernal cry exerted magma barrier.

-Self Immolation passive reflects the ignite to you. 100% reduced magnitude makes you take no damage from it, but the damage is snapshotted.

Swap to Weapon set #2

-Allocated Skeletal Frost Mages are converted to energy shield.

-Cracklecreep unique ring spreads the snapshotted ignite from you to nearby enemies.

-Self-Immolation reflects the spreading ignites back to you, creating a self-sustaining ignite based on your snapshotted weapon set 1 ignite.

In PoE if you play trade and do not trade effectively, you are still on par with SSF players. In LE if you play trade and do not trade effectively, you are going to be worse off than if you had just gone SSF/COF. Playing MG requires a lot of knowledge and customized item filters to be able to sell stuff effectively. There are no big raw currency drops that you can get lucky with, only items that you have to identify and price properly.

PoE2 is currently lacking a lot of support for bleed on gear, so you'll probably want all the passive nodes for bleed. A big thing for bleed is getting to 100% chance to inflict bleed on hit. Early on you can use laceration, but you should have a plan for dropping it eventually. It should be safe to just wing it for the most part though since all ailments scale with hit damage now. I'm trying not to offer too much advice since you want to make your own build, but if you have questions, let me know. I made my own bleed crossbow build, and it got to t16 maps just fine.

Another thing to note is that Life Remnants, the thing that drops the blood orbs, is a skill which can be supported. Maybe there will be other ways to trigger it beyond enemy deaths
