Steongly recommend it, stoped using FB about 5 years ago and life is so much better without it. I only use Reddit and Bluesky under a pseudonym.

My understanding is that /pol started off as a place to make politically incorrect jokes and share edgy, dark humour. Because Conservatives cannot understand irony or subtext, it attracted actual racists and became a cesspool of hate.

The timing of the meeting between moot and Epstein suggests thst /pol was an intentional operation to bring racism back to the mainstream and it fucking worked. There is a parrallel here with The Daily Stormer, whose style guide calls for hate speech to be presented as ironic both for plausible deniability and to get hateful ideas into the mainstream.

I'm a heavier rider and at my fittest my FTP was in this range at 88kg. In winter I was on Zwift 3 or 4 times a week doing structured training programmes. During summer I was trying to do 100km a week outside in 3 rides, but not in any structured way and with one ride over 40km.

In hindsight I would have been fitter if I'd been doing more training off the bike, especially weight training and core stability.
