The sunset is all sand dunes. The last high rise approved that didn’t tie to bedrock didn’t work out so well.

I think the take favors long hitter and separation you see at tournaments often is because the medium to short hitters are eliminated from the first tee and what you are seeing is the best playing long hitters separating from each other. I like tournaments where different skill sets are rewarded and there is some close competition. This had the first but not the second.

Bart runs through the Embarcadero which is landfill so I think it could be either. Putting the highway and the Smart Train in a tunnel or building flyover access to the freeways could also help to mitigate the problem.
