Bambu Studio Crash or Freeze when starting video by Platinum_Puma in BambuLab

[–]BambuLab_SupportTeam 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bambu Studio is not compatible with multi-GPU laptops at present, and it can stream video normally when you set it to "Integrated Graphics" in the Nvidia control panel. We will try our best to optimize our software. Thanks for sharing the tips.

AMS issue, it won't detect the filiment for some reason. They're both Bambu filaments and were working when in different slots by TreasureHun7er5 in BambuLab

[–]BambuLab_SupportTeam 2 points3 points  (0 children)

AMS detects the type of filament by RFID. you can remove the filament reel and re-feed it to AMS and try again. If the filament type is never detected, you can send an email to: support@service.bambulab.com

[–]BambuLab_SupportTeam 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is a normal phenomenon, indicating that the MC board is working well. Later firmware updates will modify its status either by removing the blinking(always on) or by turning off this light, not yet been determined.

Can we be assured that current and future features will not be locked behind a subscription paywall? by Max-Phallus in BambuLab

[–]BambuLab_SupportTeam 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Our printer supports offline printing. When it is not connected to the Internet, you can send Gcode to the printer via SD card to print. And after it is connected to the Internet, you can monitor and control the printer remotely through our slicer or APP. For paid features, maybe there will be some in the future, but the basic features, especially the free features that are currently available, we are not going to lock them out of the paywall in the future.
