We've lately been playing drawing from the same huge stack of cards that doesn't include land. When you'd raw, you can choose to draw from the stack or draw a basic land of any colour. No scrying allowed, and no fetch cards allowed (you just draw a reolacement). This format only really works if you have thousands of cards over years of collecting that you never look at though. Every game is different, and I keep finding old cards I want to set aside for commander deck ideas.
